The key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" means the 444cd website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" means any person who holds a registered account on 444cd.
• "Wallet" means the member's financial balance and transaction record on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional funds granted by the platform that become withdrawable upon meeting specified wagering conditions.

3.1 Registration Process

Each member may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if proven, all accounts may be suspended and funds forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

The security of your account password and login details is entirely your responsibility. You are required to notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.3 Updating Information

To change personal information on your account, members must contact our support team. Changes to important information will not be approved without identity verification.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 444cd platform is ৳200. The following methods may be used for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit, however 444cd reserves the right to verify any deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

444cd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of rules is suspected. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held until an investigation is completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus applies only once and is granted to a single account per member.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means to withdraw the bonus, bets equivalent to 10 times the bonus amount must be placed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within a set time — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• No other bonus may be claimed while one bonus is active.
• 444cd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse of the bonus system is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.

The 444cd VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on the member's activity and participation. Cashback is added to the wallet at a set time each week and is withdrawable subject to specific conditions. 444cd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

444cd is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform are tested and operated to ensure fair play.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking the platform's systems or exploiting any kind of vulnerability.
• Using another member's account or gaining a strategic advantage through exchanging funds with other members.
• Abusing the bonus system or creating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.

If these prohibitions are violated, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant funds forfeited.

10.1 Closure by Member

A member may at any time request the support team to voluntarily close their account. An opportunity to withdraw all valid funds will be provided before closure.

10.2 Closure by Platform

444cd may unilaterally close any account for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, the policy of returning valid funds is followed, however bonus funds may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered as the member's automatic acceptance of the new terms.
